Cancellation costs:

The guest can be replaced by a third party until the start of the trip. The guest can withdraw from the travel contract at any time before the start of the trip. The receipt of a written declaration of withdrawal by the hotel is decisive.

The flat-rate cancellation costs per person in percent of the travel price are:

up to 5 days before departure: we do not charge any cancellation fees

0 to 04 days and no-show: 100% of the travel price

Cancellation fees must be paid even if you arrive later. If you leave earlier, you must pay 100% of the booked days.

Cancellation/rebooking costs for booked tickets or medical treatments must be paid in full.

Group bookings

For bookings of 3 rooms or more, guaranteed reservations can only be made with appropriate advance payment. In addition, separate contractual terms apply here.

Cancellation fees for group bookings

up to 180 days before departure: we do not charge any cancellation fees
- 60 to 179 days: 60% of the travel price
- 0 to 59 days and no-show: 100% of the travel price
Applies to individual rooms as well as to the entire booking.

Separate cancellation fees from 23.12.2024 to 02.02.2025

Percent of the travel price:
up to 40 days before departure: we do not charge any cancellation fees
39 to 20 days: 60% of the travel price
from 19 days and no-show: 100% of the travel price
Cancellation fees must be paid even if you arrive later.
In case of earlier departure, the booked days must be paid in full.
Cancellation/rebooking costs for booked tickets or
Medical treatments are to be paid in full.
