BIKE RENTAL
The sky is clear, the sun is shining. Would you like to go for a ride on your bike? Please contact our reception team to rent an e-bike in-house for a fee. The use of the bicycles is expressly at your own risk. Please contact reception one day in advance.
BEVERAGES
The mineral water in the room is for your free enjoyment. Additional drinks can be found in the lounge for a fee.
CHILDREN
The well-being of our little guests is also important to us.

Board games and playing cards are available free of charge for the duration of your holiday in the reading room in front of the restaurant.

You are welcome to rent a garage parking space for €10.00 per day. Please contact our reception. Use of the on-site parking spaces is free of charge.

There are four different golf courses in the surrounding area.

LAUNDRY SERVICE
There are laundry bags in your closet for laundry to be left at reception. Please fill out the enclosed list carefully and hand it in with your laundry. Please see the list for prices.
If you leave your laundry at reception by 9:00 a.m. on weekdays, you will receive it back one day later during the day. On weekends and public holidays on request. The hotel is not liable for shrinkage, discoloration or lack of color fastness of the items.
LEISURE TIME
In our reading room in front of the restaurant we have various flyers and brochures with information about Vogtland. Below you will find numerous excursion offers and event tips. You can rent bicycles for men and women on site. You can get further suggestions at reception.

Since we can help you with your luggage on your arrival or departure, we ask you to provide us with brief information at reception. We will be happy to assist you. You also have the option to temporarily store your luggage at the reception. Please note that we assume no liability for this.

For insurance reasons, we ask you not to leave any valuables, jewelry or money lying around in your room or vehicle. We cannot be held liable for lost valuables in your room. Please use the safe at reception for valuables.

Our restaurant is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Please note that your food order must be placed no later than 7 p.m.
RECEPTION
If our reception is not occupied, we are probably out and about in the hotel or garden. Please do not hesitate to contact us here at any time. If you can't find us here, please ring the night bell or call 037437/46024.
REPAIRS
If repairs are necessary in your room, please let us know. We endeavor to correct the defects as quickly as possible.

You would you like something to eat or drink in your room? We would be happy to bring our current menu to your room and take your order. If you would like breakfast in your room, we ask you to inform us one day in advance.
